REMINDER: Office Max: 10 Reams of Paper for $.01 Sale

I think I might jump on this Office Max Paper Sale this week.  I would like to have a paper stockpile and a box should last me a LONG time.

And since I don’t like carrying around a giant box of paper the fact that I can do it online is even better.

Office Max has a program called Max Perk Rewards.  When you buy certain products they give you store credit you can use to purchase other items for FREE.

This week they have a great deal on a 10 ream case of Office Max copy paper.  It’s on sale for $42.99 and you get $42.98 back in Office Max Rewards.  (I will be using my rewards to pick up free printer ink at some point!)

The other great thing is that you can order these items on OfficeMax.com and shipping is free when you spend $50.  Personally I think it’s worth spending an extra $8 so I do not have to try to carry a big box of paper from my car to my house.

They have several other items that have full Max Perks Rewards as well or you could grab some spare scissors or coupon organizing tools.

So check out OfficeMax on-line, sign up for Max Perk Rewards and start saving big!

Protect Your Coupon Binder

One of the greatest nightmares a couponer has is losing their coupons.  Whether you leave your binder at the grocery store or leaving you recipe box in the food court at the mall it’s alot of work and cutting gone down the drain.

Unless… are you ready for my brilliant idea… you write your name and phone number in it.

Recently one of the managers at our local Harris Teeter let us know that he has three binders just sitting in their office, left there by shoppers.  If only they had a number in them- they could be back safely in the arms of their owners.

So take a minute and slip something in your binder so that you can be contacted if something happens to it!

Harris Teeter Coupon Class Pictures

On Monday Mom on Dealz, The Coupon Challenge and A Frugal Chick taught our first coupon class together inside of the Virginia Beach Blvd. Harris Teeter!

We are thrilled that Harris Teeter was kind enough to share their fantastic conference room with us. If that wasn’t amazing enough, Harris Teeter provided three $5 Harris Teeter gift cards and one $10 gift card to giveaway to attendees plus provided drinks, a veggie tray and cookies! We can’t thank Harris Teeter enough for their generosity. Please make sure you head out to the Harris Teeter in Princess Anne Plaza off Virginia Beach Blvd as a thank you for hosting us!

Some of the useful topics we covered:

– Where to find coupons
– Organizing coupons
– Preparing to shop
– Barcodes
– Stockpiling
– Saving on store brands and recipes for Harris Teeter products
– Specific Harris Teeter coupon policy

In addition to the Harris Teeter gift cards, we gave out some great door prizes and wanted to give a big thank you to our sponsors:

Danielle Jones, Scentsy Representative

Tiffany Foreman, Pampered Chef Representative

Janelle Hamilton, Modern Momma By Janelle

Elaine Shindelar, Tupperware Representative tupper.elaine@hotmail.com

It was so great meeting our readers and talking to everyone! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

We also have amazing news to share – Harris Teeter would like us to come back and teach a class on a regular basis! Look for details on the next event to be announced soon.

Thank you again to Harris Teeter and all our sponsors!
