Oral B Electric Toothbrushes as low as $17- Expires 10/30

Charlotte e-mailed me this morning with an amazing deal on electric toothbrushes.  If you are in the market for one of these, I don’t know that you will ever find a better deal!   I used Charlotte’s purchase as an example, but you can get this deal on a few different types of toothbrushes!

Step 1: Click here to log onto or sign up for ebates (if you have never done ebates before you get an additional $5 cash if you sign up through my link)!

Step 2:  Once you are in ebates, use the search engine in the upper right hand corner to find drugstore.com.  You will see you get 6% cash back.  Click on the orange box next to drugstore.com that says “Shop Now.”

Step 3: This will take you to drugstore.com.  Scroll down on the page until you see the words “Get An Additional $10 Off Select Oral-B.”  This will bring up the list of all the toothbrushes available with the discount.

Step 4:  Pick the toothbrush you would like of the first five (these are the ones eligible for a rebate).  I use the Pulsonic ($57.99) at my house and Charlotte ordered the Professional Care Smart Series 5000 ($144.99).  With the $10 discount this brings Charlotte’s total to $134.99.

Step 5: When you get to check out, enter the code WELCOME20.  This will knock an additional 20% off your order.  Shipping is free on orders over $25 so you will not pay shipping.  This bring’s Charlotte’s order down to $107.99.

Step 6:  Once you receive your toothbrush, you can send in your receipt and UPC code to get a 50% rebate form Oral B.  Print the form now, as it will most likely not be available in a few days.  They will send Charlotte a check for $53.96, bringing her total down to $54.03.

Step 7: Once ebates processes your order, you will get a check from them for 6% of your total.  In Charlotte’s case this rebate is $6.48, bringing her total to just a little over $47.  That’s about 70% off!

Looking for the cheapest electric toothbrush? Here is your deal:

– Sign into ebates.
– Go to drugstore.com through the ebates search engine
– Click on the “Get an additional $10 off select Oral-B products” link about halfway down the page
– Select the Oral-B Pulsonic Toothbrush ($47.99 with the $10 off)
– Enter the code WELCOME20 at check out to bring your total to $38.40
– Send in the Oral-B rebate to receive $19.20 back in rebate form
– Get $2.30 back in cash from ebates

Making your total for the Oral B Electric Toothbrush $16.90

Restaurant.com Gift Certificates: 80% off

Now through Monday, October 25, 2010, save 80% at Restaurant.com when you use the code “PUMPKIN” during checkout.

However, don’t use the link above to get to the site: use ebates!  If you make your purchase through them you can get 70% off plus 15% cash back.  And if you are a first time ebates user, go through this link here and after you make $20 in purchases you get a $5 bonus!

So to help with the math: let’s say you want to get a gift certificate for The Bier Garden in Portsmouth, VA.  The price for a $25 gift certificate is $10.   Then, with your 80% off discount, that knocks the price down to $2.00.  Then go through ebates you get an additional $.30 back!

That makes a $25 gift certificate $1.60!  That’s practically a steal!  Be sure to check the fine print on the gift certificates (most can’t be used on weekends) but if you like to eat out, this is the way to go!

DEAD DEAL: Busch Gardens Christmas Town Tickets $5

This deal finished at 4:20 today.  I was on my way to teach a coupon class so I couldn’t post this until now!

Busch Gardens Williamsburg has discounted its Christmas Town tickets to $5 for a limited time.

The announcement — and promo code — was released through the theme park’s twitter account. Use the code BGVACT to access the $5 tickets. You’ll want to jump on this today; park officials haven’t said how long the promo code will be valid.

The tickets generally cost $21.99 for visitors ages 3 and older.

The promo code process can be a bit confusing. First, visit this link for “Single Day Tickets.” At the top, right hand corner, you’ll see a white promo code box. Enter the code and the $5 Twitter ticket offer will pop up. From there, you can order your tickets.
