January 2013: Coupon Class Availability

As much as I enjoy having  a nice break in December it’s time to get back in the swing of teaching coupon classes!

If you would like to attend A Frugal Chick’s coupon class you have three options:

Host Your Own Class

The classes take roughly 2 hours and as long as there are 6 or more people, the cost is $10 per person.  If less than 6 attend the host is expected to make up the financial difference.  I can teach at a kitchen table or in front of 100 people in a lecture hall.   I have taught classes for MOPS groups, military associates, fraternal groups and congregations.

If you are an organization and would like to talk about a discount for a large class contact me and we will see what we can do!

There is an additional fee for mileage if you are more than 30 miles round trip from my home.  The rate is $.50 per mile.  When you e-mail to book the class I will give you a firm number.  As a host you can decide to pass the cost along to the people attending or pay it yourself.

If you are interested in a week day class during the day my schedule is more flexible.  Please e-mail me for availability.

The current dates I have available for January 2012 are the 3rd, 7th (depending on location) 10th, 11th, 14th (depending on location), 16th, 17th, 24th, 25th, 28th and 30th (depending on location).  The dates are subject to change and are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Attend A Class Open To The Public

I am hoping to have a class in January open to the public but I have not booked it yet.

One On One Tutoring

I do have time set aside for one on one tutoring.  The cost depends on the cost of gas to where you would like to meet.  You can contact me for pricing information. This can be done via Skype for those out of town or in person for those in the Hampton Roads area.

Each class participant receives a workbook and the host receives a small coupon oriented thank you. Here are some of the topics we discuss:

Sources for Coupons
Coupon Organization
Coupon Policies
Price Book
Meal Planning
Shopping Preparation
Drug Store Deals
Uses for Expired Coupons
… and much more!

If you are interested in any of these options contact me and we can talk!

Wine.com- $35 for $50 Gift Certificate

I always HATE trying to figure out what to buy wine drinkers as gifts.

I don’t particularly LIKE wine so I don’t have a favorite to get them.

Today on Zulily you can get a $50 gift certificate for $35 to wine.com.

This way you can give them the gift certificate and THEY can figure out what wines they would like!
