LAST DAY: Sam’s Club Membership Deal: Pay $45 For Membership, Receive $20 Gift Card and $22 in FREE Food

Sam's Club Membership Deal

Right now you can get a Sam’s Club membership for $45 – but it is not just the basic membership, but the PLUS membership that you will receive.

The Basic Membership is $45 a year and the Plus Membership is $100 a year – so already, you can pay $45 for the Plus Membership and save $55.

You get all of the advantages and discounts of the Basic Membership, Plus these:

  • Get $10 back for every $500 spent (added up all year to a final total at the end of the year)
  • Early shopping hours
  • Add on memberships
  • Extra pharmacy discounts
  • Extra optical discounts

So here is what you receive for the $45:

  • A One-Year Sam’s Club Plus Membership ($100 value)
  • A $20 Sam’s Club gift card
  • $22.18 in free food vouchers. Food vouchers valid for a Rotisserie Chicken, Artisan Fresh Spinach Artichoke Dip, Daily Fresh Cookies, and a french baguette.

While generally I am not a fan of places like Sam’s (I think they create an overwhelming shopping environment which leads to overspending) they do have great deals on electronics and such during the holidays.  I also purchased contact lenses there years ago when I had a membership.

A couple of items:

  • Offer valid for new Sam’s Club members only; not valid for those with an active membership or for a previous membership that has lapsed within the last 6 months.
  • As a Sam’s Plus Member, you will also receive:
    – An invitation to a VIP-member event on November 22, from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m., featuring one-time-buy merchandise and special pricing to help you get a jump on holiday shopping (your Sam’s Club Plus membership LivingSocial voucher must be redeemed by November 21 to attend VIP-member event on November 22)
    – $10 in Cash Rewards for every $500 spent on eligible purchases
    – $80 in special members-only Instant Savings offers on select popular items, valid 30 days after in-club membership activation, valid between 10/27/14 – 1/31/15
    – $6,000 in Instant Savings offers, valid between 10/29/14 -11/26/14
    – Early shopping hours, 7 a.m. Monday – Saturday
  • Also, you will want to take this into Sam’s Club and activate by 2/3/2015 – otherwise you miss out on the freebies – but this is nearly 5 months to activate your membership. It is not activated until you take this voucher into Sam’s Club, where they will give you your membership cards, coupons and free gift card and free food coupons.  If you wait until after 2/3/2015, you only get the membership. But do this before Christmas, or even better – before Thanksgiving to enjoy the holiday season benefits!
