Real scenarios, real tablets
The scenarios in our latest commercial were shot in real time using our real tablets. The drop test happens so fast that we had to slow it down using a high speed camera to show the more than 3,300 Newtons of force at the moment of impact.

More than 25 rigorous tests
Our tests are designed to simulate accidents likely to occur during your everyday life, from dropping your device onto a hard surface to sitting on your tablet. Although not indestructible, Fire HD tablets undergo more than 25 durability tests and are designed to withstand forces of 1,000 g’s. In addition to drop tests and tumble tests, our tablets endure a wide range of scrutiny to ensure quality, including impact, torsion, and backpack testing.

Want Free McDonald’s Breakfast? Eat at Taco Bell!

mcdonalds screen shot breakfast

I find the battles that go on between big brands to be fascinating.  Recently Taco Bell has decided to begin serving breakfast and McDonalds has taken note.

You can tell above from their picture posted on Twitter.

And then Ronald took it to the next level.

Several McDonalds stores in Northeast Pennsylvania are offering free Egg McMuffins in exchange for any receipt for a Taco Bell breakfast item.

While the McMuffin bartering system seems confined to select PA locations for the time being it could spread if McDonald’s deems it successful.

If you like the idea you might want to mention it to your favorite McDonalds!
