I have a snoring story.

Two years after I graduated from college I did the “go through Europe on trains, sleep in hostels and live out of a backpack” trip.  It is still one of the highlights of my life- met so many amazing people, ate incredible foods and saw awesome things like the Eiffel Tower and the Book of Kells.

One night the girls I was travelling with and I are were taking a train from Paris to Madrid.  It was going to be a long train ride so our “seats” were actually beds in a sleeper car.  The train left around midnight so I was exhausted by the time we got into bed and I was just on the verge of falling into a coma when the guy in the room next to us starting snoring.  You would think the rocking of the train and my exhaustion would have been enough to make me just pass out but that snoring about did me in until I finally drifted away.

The next morning we discovered listening to the discussion in their car that not only had the man been snoring and keeping his room mates awake but he had also chosen to sleep without a stitch of clothing on!  Needless to say I was very thankful he had not randomly been assigned in our room!

I know many people who snore choose to use breathing strips to help at night but I have had some friends complain how uncomfortable they are or they wake up in the morning to discover they have been lost in the sheets somewhere.

Maty’s Healthy Products have created a new product to replace the breathe strips- a nasal ointment.  And just to get you to try it they are giving out full sized samples on their facebook page (although you do have to pay $3.49 shipping).

When you order they will also include a coupon for $3.50 off your next purchase so if you like it you basically get your shipping money back.  Their products can be found at major drugstores and Walmart so you will have plenty of places to use the coupon.

There are only 5,000 of these available so if you are interested be sure to check it out soon!
