Our lives are stressful.  And sometimes just the thought of de-stressing my life also stresses me out.

So each week during 2012 I am going to list one simple thing we can all do to de-stress our life.

Nothing too expensive or too time consuming- just simple stuff we can all do to make things a little bit easier!

I will begin doing these every Sunday (beginning 1/1/12) so if you need to adjust some plans for the week you can.

I feel more relaxed already!
